In 2014, Canadian engineer Carl Breau and Chinese economist Jing Liang recognized a critical gap in the market: the need for a technically competent partner capable of managing complex procurement projects—particularly those involving stringent specifications, custom product requirements, or material/component equivalencies, especially for winter climates.

To meet this need, they established a company with a strong engineering core, focused on delivering reliable solutions where precision and customization are essential.

In response to growing customer demand—and to ensure tighter control over quality and intellectual property—they launched Saimen JMX, a fully licensed manufacturing facility specializing in electronics and electromechanical assemblies.

By now, Saimen has expanded significantly through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Today, the company owns multiple international brands and serves clients around the world with high-performance, custom-engineered solutions.
